Familia pharmacies, a network of over 90 pharmacies in Wallonia and Brussels, a wholesale distributor and a production center specializing in individualized medical preparations, have chosen NRB to develop their mobile application.
The “Mon Familia” application has been designed to simplify and enrich communication between pharmacies and their patients. It offers a range of innovative functionalities, including :
- Access to personalized medical advice;
- Reservation and ordering of medicines;
- Direct dialogue with pharmacists;
- Loyalty program management with dedicated benefits.
Thanks to its technological expertise and understanding of the specific needs of the pharmaceutical sector, NRB played a central role in bringing this project to fruition. The “Mon Familia” application embodies Familia pharmacies' commitment to providing modern, accessible solutions for their patients.
