The fight against cancer requires the mobilisation of all stakeholders: medical professionals, public institutions, researchers… and businesses. It is with this mindset that NRB, a key IT player in Belgium, the Arsène Burny Institute (CHU de Liège) and the Jules Bordet Institute (University Hospital Brussels) are launching an unprecedented partnership aimed at strengthening prevention and promoting early cancer screening in the workplace — a crucial lever for saving lives.
On 8 October, more than 150 IT students and professors from third-year Bachelor and Master programmes across various universities and colleges in the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles took part in Connect & Chill, NRB’s immersive event dedicated to discovering the many facets of IT careers.
As the rise of AI and digital sovereignty have become strategic issues for European countries and their organizations, NRB has signed a strategic partnership with the start-up AI5, further advancing the deployment of a unique AI ecosystem in Belgium, combining sovereign infrastructures, a generative AI platform, and partnerships in research and innovation.
