SDP-ActaLibra becomes part of the CEVI-Group, and thus of the NRB Group to which the CEVI-Group belongs. Luc De Cock (CEO SDP), Jan Deprest and Christoph Verheecke (respectively CEO Cevi Group and CFO/CCO Cevi Group) signed the agreement on March 31st 2021.
The CEVI Group realises an annual turnover of more than 37 million Euro with 242 collaborators. The range of products and services of the CEVI Groupclearly shows synergies with those of SDP-ActaLibra, such as back-office applications for financial management, , permits, GIS, mid-office applications and file management with links to the federal and Flemish level, and ICT managed services both on premise and in the cloud. SDP and CEVI use the same technology for innovations and share the same ICT challenges.
SDP-ActaLibra is a new business unit within the Cevi Group and is headed by Filip Vande Weghe.
The ActaLibra team of developers and consultants in Gavere and Namur remain on board, and all services and support remain available through the known channels (phone, email, online support). Also, in terms of IT and infrastructure, the continuity of its offer and services remain assured.
Thanks to this joining of forces, CEVI and ActaLibra are able to realise their vision for the future with even more vigour: i.e. becoming the trusted partner par excellence, offering the best software and ICT solutions for the notarial profession.
