NRB crowned Top Employer for the fifth consecutive year: at the heart of this success, exceptional talents!

This recognition highlights the various initiatives put in place by NRB to ensure the development of its employees in a fulfilling and motivating environment and to support them in their development prospects.  

A strategy focused on people

Achieving this certification for 2025 illustrates the impact of NRB’s strategic initiatives that place people at the heart of its priorities. Among the areas of progress highlighted this year:

  • Active listening: NRB is redoubling its efforts to gather and integrate feedback from its employees. Internal surveys, regular exchanges with the executive committee and a culture of active feedback between managers and teams promote fluid and constructive communication.
  • Training and skills development: the company relies on tools such as «Lucy», an interactive learning platform, training with certification, «Lunch & Learn» sessions and collaborative initiatives such as peer programming, which allow mutual learning between employees with the support of coaches and specialised guilds. Training covers both the development of technical skills, such as artificial intelligence or cybersecurity, and interpersonal skills, in order to meet career development needs.
  • Flexibility and customisation of the package: NRB adapts to the modern expectations of employees by offering flexible remuneration packages, a flexible working environment including teleworking, greater possibilities related to company vehicles, particularly with the electrification of the fleet, and personalised benefits.Social and environmental responsibility: ecology awareness modules on «Lucy», concrete ecological actions with, for example, the installation of a wind turbine, waste sorting within the buildings, and increased integration of CSR objectives into the global strategy illustrate NRB’s commitment to changing internal practices while having a positive impact on society.

In a context marked by a shortage of IT talent, NRB took on more than 250 new employees in 2024 and has greater ambitions for 2025.
