The departure of Anne Gemine, Chief HR Officer, and Melchior Wathelet, Chief Commercial Officer, from their respective positions at NRB are the result of a joint decision. NRB will soon find quality replacements. In the meantime, these positions will be filled ad interim by highly qualified individuals from within NRB.
Anne Gemine and Melchior Wathelet are both eager to explore new professional horizons and take on new challenges that arise. To effectively implement its strategic transformation plan, NRB will soon identify high-quality replacements who possess the specific skills required to successfully lead these changes.
