Groupe Trigone Informatique, based in Paris and specialised in the remote management and maintenance of mainframe systems and distributed environments, now joins the NRB Group, one of Belgium’s leading ICT service providers. Thanks to this acquisition, the NRB Group is making progress in realising its industrial plan: strengthening its portfolio of services and joining forces with a recognised French player to increase its presence beyond its borders.
Trigone, a French company founded in 1982, achieved a turnover of €5 million in 2019. It currently employs 70 people with specific technical skills in IBM’s z environment and in distributed environments. Trigone offers a wide range of IT services, from remote or on-site production management to complete systems management. The mainframe-related activities represent 60% of its turnover. The company also offers consulting services and has significant expertise in systems migration. Trigone works for clients in various sectors, such as France Messagerie (formerly Presstalis), BNP Paribas, AXA, Manpower, Sopra Steria and Société Générale.

NRB becomes the sole shareholder of Trigone. Trigone will remain a separate legal entity, thus respecting the specificities of this organisation. Denis Burtin will continue to carry out his mission as CEO.
