NRB is proud to have received Top Employer certification for the fourth consecutive year. More than just recognition, this prize highlights the many human resources initiatives undertaken within our company. Our onboarding process, the quality of the training offered to all employees and the ability to attract new talent, in particular, caught the attention of the Top Employers Institute.
After a lengthy survey containing 250 questions, the Top Employers Institute unanimously praised NRB’s human resources practices.

In addition to the care taken with the work environment, the Top Employer certification emphasizes the digitalization of our tools and, especially, our training and development offer. The LUCY platform, launched in April 2023 and the winner of the award for HR policy promoting Open Education, facilitates our employees’ access to good quality training. The catalogue covers a wide range of subjects – including the right to disconnect, a managerial course, learning about new communication technologies, etc. – and promises to be indispensable in continuing to meet the ever-growing needs of our clients. “This platform illustrates our desire to encourage every employee to continue training. The training portfolio enables us to enhance the skills within NRB and to offer our colleagues better career opportunities”, comments Laurent Peeters.

Double certification:
