Under the leadership of Arnaud Spirlet, CEO of Win since October 2024, this strategic initiative is in line with the NRB Group’s ambition to develop IT solutions tailored to a market undergoing rapid transformation.
This merger is fully in line with NRB Group’s strategy, which aims to capitalize on the skills of its different entities to meet the challenges of the IT market. By creating synergies between Win and Computerland, the Group is consolidating its role as a leading technology partner for SMEs, companies, public organizations and the hospital sector.
“This alliance between Win and Computerland is a perfect illustration of our strategy of leveraging the expertise present within the Group”, says André Vanden Camp, CEO of the NRB Group. “With this new division, we want to offer concrete, solutions suited to the needs of SMEs, companies and public organizations. Speed, flexibility and an end-to-end approach are the foundations of this entity, which will simplify access to high-performance, innovative technologies.”
Complementarity to serve business needs
The technological complementarity between Win, renowned for its expertise in networks, the cloud, cybersecurity and hosting, and Computerland, a specialist in IT application solutions including workplace services and service desk support, will enable them to offer the market a complete, integrated package, from network connectivity to business applications.
Thanks to this synergy, the two players intend to offer innovative solutions with high added value, while preserving the excellent level of service for which they are renowned. Both Win and Computerland will retain their specific characteristics and continue to serve their respective clients, while at the same time opening up to new perspectives as a result of this strengthened offering.

We are convinced that our service-oriented approach, our flexibility and innovation will meet the growing needs of this segment of the market”.
