Every year, NRB welcomes several trainees to its premises, mainly in the IT field. This year, faced with the difficulty encountered by students in finding internships while teleworking is in force, NRB has mobilized and opened up additional internship opportunities.
At the moment, 19 young people from various backgrounds are working alongside experts in the company who, with passion and enthusiasm, share their knowledge and some of the tricks of the trade with them. Alongside, but at a distance! Our teams are working from home too. But despite that, the intern supervisors and other colleagues from the teams do their utmost to offer young people hands-on experience in a variety of projects and to give them a taste of the company’s friendly atmosphere.
For NRB, these internships are an opportunity to strengthen our relationships with institutions of higher education and to make ourselves known as an employer of choice. Internships are also an integral part of our recruitment process. Many of the colleagues we have today joined teams that welcomed them after a successful internship.
We want to wish Yasser, Lucas, Nicolas, François, Maxime, Guillaume, Cyrielle, Samuel, Joël, Nicolas, Dimitri, Allisson, Clovis, Louis, Clémentine, Matteo, Armand, Andy and Ayoub every success with their internships and for the rest of their studies. This experience, which we hope will be the most enriching possible for them, will enable them to discover the diversity of jobs and career paths in the company, as well as the wide range of projects entrusted to us.
