We interviewed Frédéric Romain, Account Manager Support at the RTBF (French speaking public broadcasting company in Belgium), who told us about his experience in the context of the migration project to SAP S/4HANA, a project that was accompanied by NRB.
Both NRB and the RTBF teams faced several challenges to complete this project within the strict time frame that was set by the RTBF. RTBF's objective was to move from fat clients to a full web environment. A project that required a lot of "Change Management", training and acceptance of the solutions by the key users. For NRB, the challenge lay in the pioneering nature of this project. In addition to this, a completely new authorisation process had to be installed, as foreseen in the new version of SAP.
This project has provided significant added value to the RTBF, thanks to the integration of the SAP system with the RTBF’s mobile applications. The latter was one of the main requirements of their "ATAWAD" mobility project: "Anytime, Anywhere and Any Device". Today, the RTBF has a single reliable data source for all users, while remaining compliant with SAP requirements.
In conclusion, here is what Frédéric Romain learns from his experience with NRB:
"The project was led by a dynamic team on the RTBF side, who know their business well. And on the NRB side, the team was extremely competent in terms of knowledge of the SAP product and its integration with the RTBF environment. We are happy to work with NRB. The commitments they have made are being met. We have enormous confidence in them. All the other projects we are currently working on together, are the best proof of this. »
