The Board of Directors of NRB has appointed Pascal Laffineur as Chairman of the Management Committee. He will take up his duties on October 1st 2016, and thereby succeed Ulrich Penzkofer.
Pascal Laffineur, 51, has been trained as a civil engineer (UCL) before completing his studies with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He began his career at Alcatel in Charleroi, and then worked for SFR in Paris. In 1999, he joined the Altran Group, where he held various positions, both in Belgium and abroad. He has been the Chief Executive Officer Benelux of Altran Technologies since 2009. Pascal Laffineur is also a member of Agoria’s Management Committee at the same time.
During his professional career, Pascal Laffineur has acquired extensive experience of team leadership. He has also been required to manage major changes, particularly in the context of the acquisition and integration of businesses.
By hiring Pascal Laffineur, the Group is garnering the expertise and professionalism required to complete the integration of Trasys, and to continue its development while boosting its position as a leading IT operator.
Pascal Laffineur will take up his duties at the head of the NRB Group on October 1st 2016. He will thereby succeed Ulrich Penzkofer, who announced that he was leaving last spring.
